This information notice has been prepared by ANT Lojistik Limited Şirketi (‘Company’) acting as the data controller under Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (‘Law’) and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, to inform you about the processing of your personal data by the Company that you provide in the contact form on the web page at https://antlojistik.com.tr/.
The personal data you share via the contact form on our website—your name-surname, phone, address, areas of interest, and e-mail address—and any other personal data you choose to share via the message box will be processed by the Company for the purpose of carrying out communication activities on the legal basis of necessity for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

• To demand compensation for the damage in case you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
